Mugabo nawe mugore mucyo dufatanye kubungabunga ubuzima bwacu turushaho kwitabira gutegura ibiribwa bikungahaye kuri za Vitamini cyane cyane Vitamini A na  Vitamini E.

a) Vitamini A

– Indimu ya orange na citron
– Itunda ryitwa pomme
– Imbuto z’ibihwagari hamwe n’amavuta yabyo
– Imboga zitwa kereso
– Inzuzi z’ibihaza
– Amapapayi
– Amatunda yitwa amapera
Ibi biribwa bivuzwe aha si ibyo byonyine bifite vitamini A, ahubwo hariho n’ibindi. Nako mu bivugurura impagarike na byo birimo, ibi bivuzwe aha bihagaze mu mwanya w’imbere:

b) Vitamini E

Iboneka muri:
– Imboga za kereso
– Ibihwagari
– Amashu
– Salade
– Amavuta ya elayo
– Ingano
– Ubunyobwa
Hamwe n’ibindi byose bigira vitamini E bitavuzwe aha ngaha. Iyi vitamini E ituma umwuka wa oxygene winjira mu maraso no mu ngingo. Iyo ibuze ku mugabo, ikibiranga ni ukugabanuka kw’imyanya iranga ubugabo, mu kutongera kugira intanga; naho ku gitsina gore, bitera kudasama inda, iyo igabanutse wari uyifite ubibwirwa no gukunda kuvamo kw’inda kenshi, cyangwa kubyara umwana ntamare akanya adapfuye.
