Indwara zikomoka kukugira intekerezo mbi

4) Guhagarika gahunda k’umugabane wa mbere w’umubiri : bitewe n’ubwonko bita (Umusokoro wo mu ruti rw’umugongo) bushinzwe gahunda y’umuvuduko n’imikorere y’imitsi yumva, inyama, ingingo zihina kandi zigahinura. Inyunganizi ni Vitamini B.

    – Kunanirwa kurya

    – Kudashobora kwiyambika Mu magambo make, ntacyo ashobora kwimarira.
